I messed around with Ableton a little bit. It was cool, but I talked to a guy that makes beats for this hip hop group I really like and he recommended Reason.

Anyway. I only listened to the first song. It was pretty cool.

I dislike their commercialization of PK (because I'm hardcore into keeping the scenes and communities I'm involved in DIY), but I like that they've created a way for people to get into Pk. They have pretty much all the tips you need to get started on their main page (basic workouts, nutrition, and the philosophy).

Red and black would be sexy. Maybe with white or gray on the bands that go around the foot.

Training Journals / Re: Steve's Training Log (Pave_the_Planet)

Workout:
-10 Weighted Squats
-5 "Diamond" Push ups with my feet elevated 1 foot
Rest
-10 Weighted Jump Squats
-5 "Hip" Push Ups
Rest
-5 attempted Pistols Squats on each leg. I say attempted because I am still unable to go all the way down and up without bracing myself on something.
-5 Plyometric Push ups
Rest
-5 Pull ups. Woo! Finally forced myself up to 5!
-5 Dips
Rest
45 second Frog stance
40 second plank on each side
Rest
-15 Leg Lifts
-20 Russian Twists

Food:
3 Scrambled eggs with cheese.

This is horrible low for me, especially on a work out day. But I'm pretty much out of food for the moment except for the Tuna steak I'm about to cook up.

Also been drinking this protein stuff called Wheybolic that I got at GNC. It has 280 calories, like 2 or 3 carbs and 60g of protein per serving. I have one everyday: post-workout on workout days, and first thing in the morning on rest days.

New Goals:
-Do 10 rolls on both sides every day till I have it down perfect.
-Increase my  standing broad jump technique. And distance by at least 6 inches. (I'm sure this one will come in time as I increase my strength.)

Diet / Re: Sick

A multivitamin that gives you all the vitamin A you need in one sitting. Which is bad, because Vitamin A is stored in your fat and you CAN overdose on it. Last I heard it was losing it's cult following after the FDA bitch slapped it for vitamin over dose.

I am fairly certain there are very few reported cases of Vit A overdosing....aside from eating polar bear liver nightly...
I do that ALL the time.

Either way, I'm also asking if any of you have EVER smoked it in your past. Even if it was just a little bit.

I find it to be a good idea NOT to talk about illegal things one may have or may have not done on the internet.

The internet would be better then anywhere else.

The internet is an extremely public place.

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: Gloves!?
« on: March 02, 2009, 11:53:41 AM »
I really really like Urban Freeflow's stance on gloves.

""Whilst we always condone safe and calculated practice conditions, like any sport, doing Parkour will no doubt see you picking up bumps and scrapes along the way. One of the most noticeable things for any newcomer to the art is the hand area, which is used extensively as you find your ‘way’. From doing cat leaps, vaults and climbing, you’ll find that your hands can become blistered and calloused. Instead of taking the easy option of wearing gloves to combat this, its considered somewhat a rite of passage to tough it out and get to the point where your hands are as tough as leather. Same applies to many other areas and this is reflected through this design. Reads as - 'Even though I seek perfection, I wear my scars with pride.'"

Get some food in me, and then listen to music or work on homework. Or sleep.
