When hearing "my hands hurt from all these pushups on asphalt" during pt makes you genuinly mad. Bro, do parkour...

When people get mad that we are running during an ice storm and everyone is slipping and sliding and your just fine. Bro, ice is just another obstacle, get up and f*****g do parkour.9

Gorilla PK / Re: Is skipping lunch okay?
« on: March 25, 2013, 04:11:45 PM »
Yes. You can skip lunch. Anyone that tell you differentially is either IFBB (which at that level, requires meal placement) or a f#cking retard. As long as you meet macro's meal placement is bullishit.

I regularly fast 18-20 hours a day. I eat my meals in usually 1 or 2 large meals. Feelsgoodman.jpeg.

Just went to an open gym tonight in Nashville. I want to start getting a group of people together to go on the weekends. There's two different gyms to go to. The one I went to tonight was badass!

Sup guys.

I'm a 22 year old guy that just got transferred to Fort Campbell for the Army. I've been in the PK scene for a long time. Since '07. Just wondering what the training and stuff was like around here and see if anyone wanted to train together on the weekends. Working on my doctorate at the moment/Army life, so my time is pretty much limited to weekends Friday-Sunday.

Anyways, hit me up guys. Happy to train with anyone really. I live in Clarksville, but I don't mind going to Nashville. Going to go their monthly for open gyms for sure.

Socialize / So you guys should send me to space.

Hey guys,

I know I don't post on here much anymore but I still love you all.
Basically Axe is sending the top ten people in this contest to a space camp and the best of it actually get to go to ****ing space.
I'm in the top 12 at the moment. In the world.
I will not lie to you and say I am any more worthy of this prize than anyone else. No. I'm not more worthy. I might even be very much not as worthy as those above and below me.
I am not special and deserve no special treatment, but I do have a dream.
If any of you guys could just click the link and press vote next to my name, that'd be awesome.

Send me to space APK. +karma for anyone that helps. I ask you to vote for me for one reason and one reason only: because I dearly want to see what most have not and most will not.

I appreciate the help. Thank you guys.

It's all about the shorts son. Once you've trained in running or basketball shorts, you won't want to train in anything else.

I have every episode ever.
My wallet is Finn.
I have a stuffed Finn on my Camelbak. He goes on all my runs and gym time with me. Even some tricking sessions with me.

I love the show.
So so much.

I headbutt obstacles.

A lot.

I am 22.

I started when I was 17-18 and I weighed 300+ lbs and was a worthless sack of shit.

Now I sit at just under 200, train pk/fr/bboy/tricking, compete in jiu-jitsu and starting to compete in bodybuilding, and worked as a gymnastics coach while I was getting my bachelors degree. Currently in the Army and going to medical school through them to become a doctor and plan to get another teaching job with gymnastics soon. I will also be opening a gym in the future.

If you had told me where I'd be in a few years I would have laughed at you.

Nothing is too late to start. 21 is nowhere near old.

Do it.
