We are thinking about doing a weekly training log video so we can see where we are and what we need to progress on and how we have progressed. Posting them here and on YouTube gives us a chance to get help from you guys, which is appreciated. Thanks for the time. Second video for the log so far.

I can guarantee your neck won't be hitting anything. If anything you will just land on the wood. Trust yourself. I feel like you've got it. Glad I could help. :)

I'm not an expert, but maybe more up? Your tuck doesn't look bad. I might be wrong, but from what I see maybe you are going too far out and not enough up. Maybe this will help! I hope someone can help! Looking good for a first outside.

Washington / Monday Jam at South Park?(edit)
« on: July 14, 2011, 09:39:33 PM »
I am actually off that day and it is just supposed to be partly cloudy. I will definitely be taking advantage of that day. No real time set yet. Will keep everyone updated as the time goes. Please leave a post and let me know if you are at least interested.. or need a ride and you aren't too far away from South Park, because I am not from around here and I don't know very many areas of the city yet. Thanks for your time, I hope to hear from you!

4851 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA
An address that you can google and it will show you the location.

No one replied to this so I decided to move it to Monday. I have errands to run today anyway. Train safe anyone who reads this! Get ahold of me to train, pl0x.

A lot of breaks in there due to being young and work and what not. Find me on facebook and let me know if you want to train sometime. I don't check the forums often, but decided to find traceurs I should probably check the forums. Thanks for your time!

I haven't been on in ages.. :O
But I miss you all a ton. And this is my farewell.

If you don't already know I have recently moved to Tacoma, WA! It is an amazing place and there is so much opportunity here and I have only been here for a couple of months. I can't wait to find more friends to train with and learn their ways of training. I am so excited for all of this space and newness! This is definitely what I needed in my life because Richmond was way too small for me. I big love/hate relationship there. I miss all of my friends. You guys are the best. I hope everyone still pushes themselves as hard today as when I met you. Maybe not in just parkour, but in life itself.

More news, there will be a baby Dylan in the world around January 1st. It may not be a boy, but fingers crossed. ;) Haha, but seriously.. I am excited and I hope you are all back home wishing me luck on being a father. <3

Train hard and safe everyone. <3

Indiana / MIDWEST!
« on: July 25, 2010, 07:05:08 AM »
I am curious about how INPK viewed their own jam. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Conway murdered the newer people with a good warm up that they don't understand is actually needed, our fellow traceurs were focused and pushed through ridiculous heat all day, and the list goes on. Great fun the whole time, from training to goofing off at the church. Glad I got to see everyone again and some new faces! Very fun jam, glad we finally got a chance for MidWest to be ours. :)

That's how your warm-ups should be. :) Super sad that I missed it. Glad you had fun other than that. :D
