Movement / Re: Help with Monkeys

maybe your thinking to much about landing on the object. that could explain why your clipping your feet. i imagine that you are rotating your feet into the object to early because you are thinking about the landing before you pass the vault. if the object is big enough to be landed on, assuming your not trying to force the move, the actual vault should place you on top of it with no extra thinking or effort. try the monkey like you do when you have no problems. the only difference is that you may land in the tucked position.

oh just saw the link, sweet vid!

ok, if this idea where actually going to work it would take a huge campaign and countless man hours. just go to you tube and see how many vids have been posted within the last 24 hours.  Are we really planning on going through every you tube pakour vid??? Also, this is just my personal opinion so dont flip out, who cares?? true the above vids are bad for parkour, but to try and filter you tube? all the guys in the above vids are idiots and anyone with sense can spot an idiot a mile away. if a person is willing to jump 20 ft because of a you tube vid, then our comments wont save him! he/she was going to do something just as stupid anyway right, lol! however, what i really like out of this discussion is the posting of good pk vids. to that i say hell yea cause im tired of seeing shit on you tube when im looking for ideas and all around cool stuff. also i would like to see what some of you forum junkies can do and show what i can do. so im on board for the vids. filtering of you tube sorry got better things to do with my time.

ok, getting uncomfortable is great and all. just as any athelete has to push through pain and limitations to become great. however training with no sleep and poor temps, unless its navy seal training, is a bad idea. I want to push my self every day, thats why i dont push my self to hurting myself. people who train in those types of situations are more likely to get hurt, im sure everyone with cable here has seen b.u.d.s. training and would agree.
