I'm going to start at a local park next week hopefully.
I recommend you watch Ronnie Shalvis' guide to location scouting.

It's $57, but I'm really interested in this. Do you recommend this or another program similar to this?

Also, does it cover the parkour roll on concrete?

Hello I am interested in this and am a complete beginner. I have trained a few times already.
Email me if you're interested, I am 15 years old.  :D

I am not good in that field but I know that diet is a major party in losing weight. That doesn't mean you eat less, it means you eat more healthy food.
Then you got the exercise part down if you practice parkour. I realized that even basic moves tire me, but I am ~5'3, 112 lbs & have never done sports consistently (I play soccer occasionally).
One thing you can do is look at your surroundings when your parents take you somewhere, or maybe if you're walking near your house. I also suggest using Google Maps' street view.

I hope this helps.  :D

Wow, that was an interesting read.  :)

I very recently started training to do parkour & there's a park near me with a playground and lots of grass.
I am embarrassed to try anything there though.
I got inspired a bit by your story though.  :D

Also, you drive at 16 years of age? Cool!
