Okay so spent and hour n half at the gym mainly upper body and treadmill, did 1.45 miles in less than 14 mins if i remember right, and then proceeded to walk about four blocks for no reason at all lol, attempted a couple of jumps and balanced runs ended with my loosing a fight with a briar bush, needless to say learned a new lesson in parkour "watch were your going"

Cool yea i get out of work mon thru firday at 330 so i usually hit the gym mon weds thurs n friday, (tues is bowlin night lol) but sat and sun have been wide open and i usually leave them for recovery but i want to start doing parkour whenever and wherever i can so somthing. The last week i have been working on landing and accuracy on the stairs at work lol but yea im only able to pull off about 3 pull ups solo which as you guys know little hard to do =) well thats bout it for now.

Im just starting out and plan on really hitting the girndstone this weekend for my first practice routines i also wieght lift and run at a local gym after work on the weekdays hopefully Parkour can help me loose the extra wieght and learn some neat tricks for down the line im going into police work or some sort of law enforcement related field im hoping parkour will be that little extra i might need some day and a good way to let loose, well thats it hope it starts workin out!

Sup Pat here. im about 236 and im comin from football, injuries knocked me out of that in high school been dealing with wieght since i wieght lift quiet a bit but working towards loosing the gut, so far best thing i can say is a lazy vault over some rails and stuff just starting out with parkour lookin forward to updating stuff later thanks!

Hey guys i know this thread has down for a while but hopefully someone will respond im just starting out and live about 20 miles from binghamton, cortland and ithica just lookin for some guys (or girls) to help get my feet under me and learn some basics been cliff diving up that way a couple times its a riot!

Yo sup guys, i live about 20 mins away in whitney point lisle and if you know anything about those two towns there not much going on lol. Just starting out lookin for some places to start practicing at and getting familiar with the moves hope to hear from you soon!
