Soo, I haven't been training much, but I have been staying active, somewhat. Between the musical I am in, and various games of frisbee, I am staying healthy.

I decided that the time has come for me to not do so much strength training, and do a lot more technique training. My goals for this summer are aerials, front flips, and possibly b-kicks. It would be REALLY nice if someone near me knew how to do any of those, but I'm not that lucky...

I'm also going to work a lot more on handstands, because they're really cool when you can maintain them indefinitely.

Went training a few days ago, but I seriously need to find my motivation again, or get more friends interested, or something.

I also want to start my building climbing again. That stuff is fun.

I am not ment for a desk job, really need to use spell check more often.

Not much put did them all slow and full range of motion so it hit the spot.

hehehe...

I've gone training a few times. Not nearly as often as I would like, but enough. Same problem as last year... the training grounds are just too far away or me to motivate myself.

Oh well. The workouts have been good when they happen. I've been doing a little bit of work with vaults and I am already seeing huge improvement. They are a ton easier to learn when you have the strength built up as a foundation.

Stevie was once stabbed 17 times in an ally. The knife bled to death shortly after.

Stevie is so fast, he can run around the world and punch himself in the back of the head.

Stevie won a staring contest with Medusa.

When Stevie works out, he sweats fortitude.

I'm Greg, I live in Topsham but train in Brunswick with James.

I've been training since April 6, 09.

Ready to start doing parkour whenever I can get anyone in my crew to go with me. *teehee* I'm excited.

Glad to see you're still alive and training hard as ever.

For me, the track season ended last saturday, so I am eager to get back into parkour training. I'm probably going to wait for my training crew before I go, and maybe take a week off to give my shinsplints a rest. Either way, this is going to be a GREAT summer.

Had my first track meet today.
I ran 27.22 in the 200 meter sprint... apparently that is pretty good
I also ran the 400m and the 4x100m relay.

In order listed, I placed 2nd, 1st and 3rd in my various heats.

I am working really hard to get in tip top shape for the summer. I started pole vaulting, but haven't gone to the pit yet. Still haven't started high jumps.

Looks like more sprint workouts for me...

Glad you're getting crazy amounts of exercise. Makes me want to work a little harder.

Either way, I am looking at the track season as a precursor to the parkour season. I am doing pole vaulting, finally, along with sprinting, and as a bonus, trying some flips on the mats.

This year, I am going to work really hard on my vaulting, and hopefully put out a video some time in July-ish. Improvement is the name of my game.

You know you're a traceur if going up a flight of stairs one step at a time takes concentration and effort.

...if every time a ball gets stuck somewhere in phys ed, you have to go get it.

Already had 3 track practices and I am regretting every day this winter that I didn't do anything. Hint... that was every day.

My legs are super sore, but at least I am getting in better shape for the parkour season.

Your arms must be the size of trees      O_____O      You're a tank.

anyway, track is starting, so I get to start pole vaulting, and doing high jump, and probably triple/long jump. Who knows? Either way, I'm not sure how much parkour I'll be able to squeeze into the coming weeks.

Gah I need to get my lazybones working again.
Just finished drivers ed, so I get more free time. I AM joining the track team, not sure if that will end up helping or hurting me.

This summer will be great, though. I'll be able to drive, and I'll be able to get to Portland more often. Getting to the training grounds won't be nearly as much of a problem.

if someone reads this... please motivate me XD

When your version of having a chill day with the boys means only practicing for 2 instead of 3 or 4 hours and only bailing 10 or 11 times instead of 20 or 25.

When you would rather spend the 4 hours training and perfecting your movements so you don't bail so often

Get out there. Work hard.
Return with honor. Better?

I understand what you're saying though. I've been known to say "Ugh today was so rough. I hurt all over. Isn't this great?"
