Soo, I haven't been training much, but I have been staying active, somewhat. Between the musical I am in, and various games of frisbee, I am staying healthy.
I decided that the time has come for me to not do so much strength training, and do a lot more technique training. My goals for this summer are aerials, front flips, and possibly b-kicks. It would be REALLY nice if someone near me knew how to do any of those, but I'm not that lucky...
I'm also going to work a lot more on handstands, because they're really cool when you can maintain them indefinitely.
