Suppose so, but you would use a safety word to. At least if you didn't want to get beat to death, we have to know how to stop somehow. And it' wasn't like say "BANANA CREAM PIES". It was like "F***IN QUIT"

Some pretty good stuff, and some stuff that made me want to cry. Whats with the little spinny things sometimes when you jump? And drill your rolls, and your landings. Spend at least half of your training session on drilling landings before you try any more jumps like the one at 50 sec.

This is going to become one of THOSE arguments. Well ideally if you were proficient in Aikido it would never have to go to the ground because you would be in control. But things do not always go as you wish, even if you are very skilled. Now Jiu Jitsu is a very useful martial art, but if your fighting someone who knows what they are doing standing up, you are going to get your head bashed in before you get a good takedown.

My solution training in as many martial arts as possible to create a well rounded fighting style. Also no martial art will truly prepare you for a street fight, so in many cases real fights are the best way to train. Me and my friend bash each others face in weekly, fighting as hard as we can until someone says the safety word.

October 2nd
Woke up late, feeling lethargic. Going to buy new clothes, and gloves today. Will keep eyes open for places to do PK in that time. Took one of my adderall (Usually never take them) should be awake soon.

Diet-
Adderall :-\
2 muffins (banana nut)
Handful of beef Jerky
Manwhich
Small stack of pringles
fish oil, and multivitamin.
Took nap
Woke up and ate 4 pieces of toast  :D
A bowl of eggs and that's all folks night

Work out-
20 pull ups under handed
20 pull ups the other way.
50 sit ups. counted this time
25 push ups.
20 more sit ups.

You won't face plant doing a monkey. If you just get yourself to puch up with your arms and bring your legs through, you will make it, even if you hit the obstacle.

Aikido is one of the martial arts that work best in a true fight situation. In aikido we practice all things in repetition, so that when someone throws a punch at you, your brain is automatically programmed to know what to do. Aikido also trains you to control a fight, so that when the hecticness of a street fight ensues, you have the ability to bring it back into an area where you are comfortable.

I disagree with some of that. One thing is you could easily sail to other islands to grow crops. Another thing is hydroponic growing equipment, depending on if you had managed to achieve solar powered energy. Alcatraz is a big rock, but that does not mean it's going to crumble to dust. Believe me, that place will not fall apart for hundreds more years (excluding possible earthquake damage). San Fran is a big city, but Alcatraz has big pretty vertical walls. So the zombies would have to stack pretty high to make any real attempt at breaking thru.

October 1st

Diet-
Woke up late and had a footlong cold cut trio, from subway. Lots of veggies on it.
Oatmeal cream pie  :-\
Ramon with sausage, chicken, carrot, corn, and peppers in it.
Handful of cashews and almonds.
A fish oil tablet, a multivitamin
A sloppy joe

WorkOut-
Sit ups until i could feel it. 3 times
15 pull ups (spaced out).
Squats until i couldn't walk. 2 times
push ups until i could feel it.  3 times
Jog around my house. 5 min.

Training-
Rolls from kneeling, and standing positions. Both sides. 15 Minutes.

ReTraining
I'm back. I have increased muscle mass, and lost alot of excess weight. Unfortunately i have also lost all my cardio. I get out of breath after about 2 minutes of intense PK, I can't even run around my house 3 times without collapsing grasping for air.

Now i'm just shy of 6 foot, And weigh 135. I don't smoke cigs, do drink occasionally, and eat mildly healthy. I do not take any vitamins, do not take any medication.

Work out regimen
Pull Up-- umm   :-\ working on that. I can do 2 or 3 front hand.
Push Ups-- I can easily do push ups, usually in sets of 20 or so.
Sit Ups-- Also easily done, i usually do 30-50 at a time.
Squats-- No problem, i don't even count, just do them till i can't stand.


Parkour Regimen
I am still easing my way back into training.

Rolls- Yummy, but besides that i do usually 10-20 min of roll training a night.
Vaults- The bane of my existence, I have yet to start working on my vaulting skills again.
Wall Runs-  I am fairly proficient with wall runs still working on topping out.
Flow- I feel choppy, i have difficulty stringing movements together.
Efficiency-   I truly try my hardest to be as efficient as possible. I do not do flashy stuff.
Footwork- Probably my best attribute.



I will be recording my work out, some of my diet, etc... Any help would be much appreciated.

YOU ASKED??? I never do that. I just go and hit it up, until someone kicks me off. Then i wait a week or two and go back and do it again. eventually i get banned, so then i wait a month or two, and start over from scratch. But yeah i'll check it out.

The woods, a field, a clearing, a tree or series of trees, a porch, a park, a trampoline. Truth is, you could make a video like this anywhere. Even if the place was not unconventional, i believe it would be a good idea to show unconventional ways of training there.
