First set up TONS of barbed wire temporary fences with combat squads, then build a wall of spears, and behind that the concrete wall we can cat leap over and finish up with barbed wire on top of that.

Cat leap over barbed wire o_O I don't see a good ending, sorry about quoting the first page, but I had to say something about it lol

There really is no reason to even go on a roof, theres nothing you can do on a roof that you cant do on the ground.

Agreed.  The only thing a roof can help with is if you do a climb up to the roof and just get off it, but other than that, there really is no reason for roofs (if that's how you say roof plural lol)

They have their roll down really well and know how to spread out their impact and not retain pain from the jump

Try to show her a video of just conditioning, none of the "crazy" stuff people that have been doing it for awhile do.  Hopefully she will see it as a way for your friend to work out. ;D hope this helps ;D

I'll show you the ways to weight lift and you can show me the ways of parkour ;D ;D

And if you can't reach a gym, then just listen to Adam, keep your body conditioned and ready for the upcoming spring

I would be sad if this become entirely competitive... it would ruin the name and on top of that, everyone would become greedy, this wouldn't sit well w/ everyone who tries to show the purity and point of parkour not being just something to do but the way you live your life

Parkour turns into an entirely competitive sport = Horrible
