       District meet for wrestling.
       late night parkour practice.

Saturday: February 19th
         2nd day of districts
        did some flow work at Central Linn high school

Sunday: February 20th
        rest

Monday: February 21st
     watched jump city seattle and learned a new movement (cant remember the name)
     wrestling practice

I worked out hard yesterday and had fun except in the last few weeks ive somehow managed to screw up my back and I havent been posting either but oh well even if I dont post Im still working out

Tried to to the apk WOD at home managed to get 5 sets of continuous movement for 5 min
then I practiced handstands
and watched MTV ultimate parkour challenge and practiced hard during commercials and learned a new movement.

I played basketball in Weight training
and football in PE
before PE I measured my vertical jump and its up to 25.9"
I really got to get training harder the problem is that I don't have any good places to train...
And since I've been getting better at parkour I need a more challenging place to train
I ate like a king in Florida
and BTW the trip was awesome and  I got some great dusk training in Fort Lauderdale
I practiced everything I could think of for about an hour and was barefoot the whole time

Workout
4x8 incline bench 125 lbs
3x10 dips @ body weight
5x5 military ( overhead) press @ 75 lbs
3 x 10 lat pull downs @ 90 lbs



Breakfast 4 bowls of cereal (each bowl had less that 200 calories)

Lunch: none I'm fasting this afternoon for no reason other than health benefits


Guess what?  I'm Leaving to Portland, Oregon tomorrow night, then on Saturday we are leaving at 6:00 am from the airport on our way to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where we will be spending an ENTIRE week (anyone who wants coconuts just give me your address LOL joking. HA!

I was looking forward to this week in a semi urban town but its turned to shit...
stupid week odd too
did some workouts at the jungle gym ( rings, muscle ups, parallel bars, stuff like that)
going to portland this afternoon (hoping to be able to practice)

you have knee problems because your so big
Im 5'6 and weigh 135 lbs
try to get down to like 200 lbs or less
that's a good goal
