the outlook hotel in boulder is fairly cheap, if you are interested. I'd like to see all different kinds of jams this summer, and there are usually some down in denver, at least once a month. and the CU campus is nice, so maybe something there. if you are coming, i'd be happy to train with you.

I know that the issue I have is not tucking hard enough, which I attribute to weak core muscles. maybe try strengthening your abs and obliques and lower back muscles to give you a more solid tuck

Does anyone geek out as much as me every time Stan lazys the couch in the theme song?

i agree with the spotter thing. also, what's been helping me is doing a back tuck onto a really deep pad. that way, if you under rotate, you don't break your neck. i swear it works. but definitely find a spotter. APEX has a lot of guys who really know what they are doing.

"focusing" on strength at the exclusion of technique is not an idea i would endorse, but I think conditioning is a necessary part of training. technique can take you far, but you can always augment that with strength.

Let's figure something out for next semester. I think I'm going to start doing more indoor workouts later in the evening. If you want to go to cats gym sometime, hit me up. I know baby's on the way, so it's up to you. A few of us are (hopefully) going this thursday at 830 for open gym.

Yo Daniel, do you have a more accurate estimate of the drops and gaps messurement?
I'm curious about that too

Jordan,

A bunch of people that I've talked to  (myself included) won't be able to make Saturday, but, we will be out on Sunday at 2p, starting at the same place on CSU! I hope to see you there!

AWWWWWW.... I have to be down in Boulder by noon on Sunday. Weak!! Hopefully next time, then.

... Honestly, I just liked watching all the dudes on the show being awesome. It might just be my friends, but people I show parkour to in YouTube videos either think it's cool and leave it at that or want to go out and train PROPERLY. They ask how they can learn to do "tricks," and generally are very receptive to the idea of progression. I can see more people looking for parkour communities where they live because of this show. my thoughts.

If people are still meeting, I'm planning on being up there this weekend (I'm coming from Boulder). I would love to come jam with you. Is there any way I could snag somebody's number to meet up? I'll prolly be a little later than 12.
