Ya, but what about us girls? The K-Swiss Ariakes are only for men and K-Swiss only makes a mens 6.5 as the smallest size anyway. So are there any good girls shoes for free-running out there?
actually K-swiss makes the kirov for women im not sure if its anygood but i think some people in the PK women thread might know

FAQ / Re: How Old do I Have to be to Start Parkour or Freerunning?

im 14 im not that good actualy i suck im horrible but i love parkour if my arm wasnt broken i would be out practicing every day and will soon be doing just that so i believe it is maturity not age that we should justify this with ive met some pretty stupid 20 year olds and some increadably(spelled wrong) smart ones and the same goes for kids my age so i think its stupid that were talking about age in this but size is a different matter but thats just my opinion ( i hope i didnt  offend anyone)

im with thomas k. in my mind but in hopes and body im with charlie. Ya know that when i first saw that sponsored by k-swiss thing i mean i was happy for apk but parkour in general i got really sad cause i dont know pk bein sponsored? i just dont like but hey thats just me. also i hate ta be the downer all the time but im seein it happen and if some kid does kill himself bein stupid (cause he dont get the basics of pk, ya know the guy doesnt understand about training and practice) then he'l be the scapegoat for the whole ruin of pk. But again i hope im wrong
