SOOOOO wats up guys and girls my name is cody and im going to move to oahu in the near future... im from oklahoma, coach gymnastics... done parkour for about 5yrs now. anyone out there that wants to be super awsome and let me live with them??  ;D ;D back porch is fine if i can just put up a hammock.. i hear the roaches there are on steroids or somethin lol

they want to make it more tourist friendly... so they are going to level the trees so people can see the crystal bridge.  i say we go hug some trees when they start construction.   im pissed

eggs have 6 grams of protein each. and egg protein is great.

also most people who are trying to gain muscle/strength should eat 1 to 2 grams of protein per lb of BW   so a 150lb person should be eating at leat 150g. per day.

yeah. i like ieke's last one!!  :D hope i dont offend anyone by this :-X but just an opinion, ive never really been a fan of the little silhouette traceurs jumping off of the letters and whatnot, just looks kinda corny/gets really annoying to me hahah cuz its in like every pklogo/tshirt everywhere...

well i dont listen to music whilst training for parkour... ive tried it before and it seems to make me feel a bit detatched from everything. but if i did, i would listen to some electronic music most likely ;). but when i weight train, or tumble i listen to music fo sho!! ;D ;D

yeah. good good... just easy on those falls ur gonna wanna start rolling after those man :)  also u guys should condition more fo sho!! i dont no if u do yet or not but once u start it, it will be hard to push yourself in your training/conditioning but hard work will pay off and all those movements will get allot more crisp and allot easier and more controlled ;D.... but ya keep up the work man

ps. when r u and ur brother comin back to the gym? haven't heard from u guys in a while..

well for the private lessons.. they are $50 for an hour in the gym. witch i think is tooo expensive so if u bring a friend or come at the same time as some of the other traceurs/ free runners on this site then u can split the cost into 1/2, 1/3 etc.  and the first time u come check it out, its free  ;)
