I liked the continuous shots. They really show the actual lines of your flow through a large scale obstacle set rather than highlighting the most extreme portions. It also showcases your stamina rather than letting the cuts do the running for you.

Graceful indeed! Also Bloc Party is one of my favorite bands and it made the mash up that much cooler.

I'm down to jam for sure! I've got the time requested off already. The last trek was super good in my opinion.. Good training and a good spread of spots I thought. A quintessential Flux jam.

Man i really liked the fact that he wasnt a master of free running. I learn more when i see some flaw in it. I think the flaws convey a more practical application of PK/FR to the amateur traceur and provide key study material to identify flaws in one's own movements. And it was way more eye pleasing than an 8mm movie from windows movie maker.

Wow such a joyus welcome back. I wouldnt leave you guys hanging for long!

Holy crap guys sorry i missed the jams. Ive been having some family issues but im back and ready to go this friday. I'll be there at four sharp.

PS: my phone is up and running again.

That had lots of continuity for only having 45 minutes to get the rough film. I love how the guy hits the dirt for the front flip like 4 seconds or so before you actually reached him.
