Parkour And Freerunning / Re: Trouble with Front Flips
« on: May 26, 2016, 10:33:43 AM »
I was doing the same thing in not getting enough height when i was learning front flips, the one thing i was doing wrong was not getting enough speed, it might be scary but to get height you need good speed going into the punch. hope my advice helps, if your not doing them good by now that is  :)

i would not be suprised to see freerunning make it to the x games. with how much flips, vaults, and variations that are out there these days. The only problem would be finding a way to judge the competition properly. but im sure the smart people could do that easily

While watching YouTube i frequently came across parkour videos and always wanted to do crazy flips and kongs and what not, luckily there were some guys at my school a couple grades up that were pros at parkour, so i asked if i could train with them and they said they would show me the ways, so i started training with them and that's how i got to were i am today, doing front flips off stumps and konging picnic tables :)
