« on: August 08, 2011, 10:41:54 AM »
For some strange reason I have suddenly developed a mild pain in both my wrist and the area where my elbow is but in front (the little dent in your arm just before you reach the biceps) does anyone know what this is called and how to treat  it?
P.S it's only low pain pain mixed with stiffness in my wrist so how do i treat this?

Parkour And Freerunning / Why shoes and not pants?
« on: June 29, 2011, 01:05:47 PM »
Well I have been doing alot of research and spending a hell of alot of cash to come up with an idea to create a type of lightweight, flexible, and padded safety parkour pants and so far it is hard as hell to do so!=( I bought alot of equipment and videos on how to create specialized clothing. So far after a year and 3 months I have somewhat of a prototype. I am going to put them on and go practice to see if they are worthy to be made. If anyone has any ideas are experience and would like to help me with this creation please feel free to do so! I don't care about recognition of being the guy who created actal parkour pants but instead the guy who loved parkour so much that he dedicated his time to his communiy. Please people do get together so that we may make this happen!

Houston / Deerbrook Mall Parkour Anyone?
« on: June 29, 2011, 08:54:28 AM »
If you live near Deerbrook Mall or know where it is and can get a ride there I know a few good areas to practice at nearby! And if you really want the greatest spot! Which consists of bleachers, rails, tables, walls, balconies, water fountains, huge storage containers, soda machines, gates, and a somewhat soft and hard smooth ground. There is also a library very close to it which has bathrooms, water fountains, snack vending machines, drink machine, and computers so that you may look at vids!=) But this spot isn't close to the mall like the other spots are it is about a 20 minute walk away and 10-15 minutes away if you jog. I know 2 good areas near Deerbrook Mall that consists of beginner level things and I know more better areas but they are 2-5 miles away. If you are interested then please reply with a schedule, number, level of parkour and strengths and weaknesses in parkour.

Parkour And Freerunning / I Dont Get It!!??!!
« on: December 22, 2010, 10:58:07 AM »
If parkour is about escaping and being effiecient wouldnt it make more sense to practice being able to perform it in unknown areas instead of a place you already know pretty well? and shouldnt you practice it in jeans seeing that i highly doubt that someone would wear loose fit pants everday??

Texas / Is this okay?!?!
« on: November 12, 2010, 01:18:58 PM »
I never condition my body or even exercise, I just go out and do parkour. It seems alright because I am able to do things that most ppl can't do in parkour so I was wondering is it bad if I just go out and do parkour without conditiong?
P.S. I have been doing parkour for 3 months like this.
