FAQ / Tribal Symbol
« on: November 29, 2010, 12:29:27 PM »
Hi i was wondering if the tribal was copy righted because i wanted to get a hat with the differnt symbols from the main parkour branchs out there like the WFPF APK UFF and others to show how the differnt groups have come together to form one big community but they were wanting to make sure i wasnt infringing on copyrights and such so any info on something i could use im willing to accept.

Injuries - Discussion / Psychology of an injury
« on: August 08, 2010, 12:29:01 AM »
Idk if the would count under the injury portion but i figured i could get some advice on this.

At the begining of july i injuryed my knee (Dislocation Of the cap) thinking it was liek the last couple of times i injuryed it i got it on ice as soon as possible applyed heat pressure and ice and hoped for the best. After about 2 weeks i would normally be better moving again and have 95% of my moblilty bak this time i couldnt do anything i saw my orthopedic trainer and he refered me to a specialist which after some advice i got fromthe forums here i assumed the worse and was goin to have to have surgery about 4-6 weeks recovery time without PT added in. After i saw the specialist he told me wat they would have to do would take me 4-6 months if im lucky. for the 2 months or so i practiced parkour i was out of the house about 90 to 95% of the day wat time i was home i was sleeping eating and other essicenials. A majority of the time i was out was spent walking around looking for stuff but i would spend a few hours working on repition and trying to get stuff doin properly. before i found parkour i spent 24/7 inside playing computer games wasting away and now im bak to this way and its driving me bonkerz.

does anyone kno wat i mean by this post or am i speaking rubbish?
