I was wondering if there was a technique for jumping over a car. Such as what Tony Jaa did in Ong Bak Thai warrior.. =D

Freerunning / Hand Stand

Hey everyone. I really want to learn how to do a handstand, but I don't know very many techniques on how to do it. Me and my cousin go at it when it comes to PK and he can't do one, but he has some other moves on me. I would like to know the fastest way to learn it.
One of the reasons I chose the handstand because eventually i want to be able to jump off things into a handstand.
Another thing I want to know is how long it will take to actaully be able to stay up for a really long time.

Socialize / A hotel project

Heh, for school I have to make a hotel with any theme, so I chose parkour. It's gonna be 50 acres (most hotels are 20-25 acres) so there will be room for obstacles. I think that this project is going to turn out awesome.
I need some help though. Where should I say it will be located though? I'm thinking more of an urban place. A place where traucers drool over. So, if you could live anywhere in the U.S, where would you want to live to just do pk?

Hey guys. I know this isn't the arizona forums, but I made a website that I would like to be the official AZPK site. I would like some advice on it so that i could make it better. Feel free to join. The more people that join (hopefully active people), the better. It will make it look more advanced, and if people are active, it would help get it started.

Socialize / I need help (who knows photoshop?)

I'm making a website (arizonaparkour.com) and i need someone to make me a logo thing (cant put my tongue on the name) but something that will go at the top of the website that says Arizona Parkour on it cause im not good with photoshop. ATM arizonaparkour.com is pending so you may have to go to the website in my sig to look at it. im going to make some changes but i really need someones help on this

Arizona / AZPK Website

Ok guys i started making an AZPK forum. All of it is being created now, join up atm the skin and things like that may be distasteful but im just testing things. Please comment though on how you like it so far. if enough people join ill make a domain name (arizonaparkour.com) and keep it running real smooth.
