Injuries - Discussion / Can barely walk... :(

Well let me just go ahead and say it so you don't have to. Yes I'm an idiot for trying a drop taller than me without stretching first. I looked it up and where my "vastus" muscles are (just above my knees on the sides) hurt like hell. It's painful to stand and walk, and I definitely can't run, and bending my knees past about 90 degrees causes them to hurt more.  :( It didn't hurt at first after i dropped, I did roll out of it almost perfectly, but later in the day they started to hurt really bad, so I went to bed. Woke up and OH MY GOD the freakin pain! mom had to help me out of bed lol. Do you think this is a bad enough pain to go see the doctor about or should i just try to rest my legs for a few days? ???

Hi, I've been having some problems getting myself to do the kong vault over anything. In my head, I'm absolutely sure that if i try to pull my feet up between my arms and over, my toes will catch the edge of the object and sent me flying upside down to land on my head..It's freaking me out. I have some pretty big feet, a size 12 in mens, and I'm only about 5' 5" maybe 5' 6", I'm thinking that maybe the ratio of my body size to my shoe size may cause this to happen, and I wouldn't enjoy having a broken neck. I know there's a very precise technique to doing it I'm just afraid of my feet catching the edge. any tips?

Consumer Whores / Stuff lost in USPS?

Hey all.

Ordered a few things from the APK store on christmas day. It's now the 9th of Jan. and still no sign of 2 of 3 items i ordered.
Ordered a shirt, pants, and a hoodie, hoodie came a while back, expected to see everything else in a day or so but nothing.
E-mailed M2, no response, been about a week or so.
If you need it, i can find the order number.
I hope it didn't get lost in the vast confusing jungle that is USPS during the holidays, but if it did i would very much appreciate a replacement.

When im eating vegetables like I do every day frequently because im starting my new Parkour diet  ;D Is it O.K. to have some ranch dressing with them or is it a bit too much? ALSO i read that apples and bananas have alot of sugar in them, but what about pure apple juice? one last thing, when doing Parkour which should be stronger, your Upper body or your lower body? THX for answers in advance!
