I am asking your all's opinion on what my daddy says is a good way to diet. My daddy has been on a diet/excersize program for a little over a year and a half. He has probably been on steriods for almost all of it at least for the last six months I have known about it. He has been trying to get me on the same diet he is on, but I don't know if I can trust his advice on such matters.

His advice is to eat every three hours. Frontloading your calories in the morning, not eating the two or three hours before you go to bed.
He says that the eating every three hours will keep your digestive system working constantly upping the total burn for your digestive system and stopping it from taking so much of your food directly to fat. He said that if you wait too long before each meal that your body will go in starvation mode and store more of it as fat.

Is the eating every three hours better than just whenever?
