Injuries - Discussion / Pain in Head

Lately I've been experiencing a pain in my head when my body (more so my head) is jarred. It's not like a headache, it's more towards the top/back of my head and only hurts from sudden movements etc.

I'm thinking it's from too much.. jumping around and stuff? Has anyone else experienced this? Google didn't yield me very relevant results. I've experienced this years ago also from flipping around too much (thinking about it- It actually isn't that uncommon for me).. But it doesn't seem like I've been doing anything more than normal, if anything I've been making all my landing softer. Also been staying hydrated, etc.

So yeah I'm just going to go very easy for a few and see if it gets better, I'm sure it will but I still think this is odd. Would be nice if anyone knows what I'm talking about. It's not something I should be super concerned with is it?

Tricking / Problem with legs/hips

So I want to get into tricking more, but a problem is that a lot of times with moves in tricking it causes somewhere around the top of my leg or hips to pop (not sure if "pop" is the best fit but I don't know what else to call it). This happens a lot with kicks and moving my legs in awkward directions. Also it hurts when this happens. And if I do it too much I get kind of sore and then it really hurts if it happens.

I haven't done it too much lately so it's not that bad right now. I think stretching a lot has helped it and I can deal with by trying to figure out what movements not to do. Just wondering if anyone has similar experiences or advice.

Parkour And Freerunning / Do you see others practicing?

Just interested if you ever/have see any others practicing parkour/freerunning? If so, what about while you were out training yourself? Any experiences?

Being from a small town I've never seen anyone out doing anything of the sort.. just wondering what about you guys.

Injuries - Discussion / Achilles Tendonitis

I'm quite sure I have achilles tendonities. The problem started about 1.5 months ago during cross country. It quickly escalated and I decided to quit running on it all together after a couple days.

I haven't done much at all since then, but the last couple weeks I've been getting into parkour. I've noticed that I could feel my tendon (not necessarily pain, but the beginning of it) when doing too much of something such as calf raises. That happened a couple times in the last week or two and both times I stopped right away and tried to take it easier.

Lately I've only been training at my house really, but today I went to a park to train a small bit and mess around. I only was there for maybe a half hour before it started hurting again (worse than during calf raises, not as bad as running last month). I stopped and came  back home as to keep from hurting it.

Now I don't know what to do. I did almost nothing for a month and then just some light/medium training the last couple weeks. It's not surprising that jumps and flips are hard on it, but I'm an active person and NOT doing jumps and flips is even harder on me.  :P But I know that it can be a very serious injury, which is why I always stop immediately if I feel pain.

I have read a bit on it, but most things are just the same information. Everything says to be easier on it and rest more. I thought I would post here though because I'm sure you guys are experienced in similar problems and can give advice in relation to this kind of training.

So any advice? Should I not train for a while? Just do really light training? I do more flipping/tricking than parkour so it's kind of hard to keep my training light on my ankle. I could probably try to do training that doesn't involve my ankles very much, but that obviously really limits what you can do.  :-\
