Just make sure that your first 2 toes are on the object when walking on it. You only need the first 2 to balance on rails =)

Tbh, Freerunning is more accessible than Parkour is.

Show him vids of very young people doing Parkour (like 5 year olds who do it)Then ask him if they can do it, why not him.

Similar thing happened to me before bro, so I just went home and did my research/printed out the beneficial facts of Parkour and made pamphlets about it and then went back to school and started handing/explaining them all out to people including the staff memebers and board. Now I am just a familiar face to them whenever I practice on school property. =D
