...... and I'm out of Ideas, hahaha, "When your hands look like you jacked off a Chainsaw"??? thats sick, but true. My hands have tons of broken blood vessels that look as if I had a Tattoo in Red Ink, Also my Legs are hurting from Doing So many Precision Jumps that I can't even stand today, I guess I'll just have to learn how to Stand on my hands.... oh yeah, they hurt too, I forgot about the Broken blood vessels. hahaha. I'm fairly new when it comes to parkour, so I'm Feeling the pain right now. I have to learn to take it slower, but Its just so fun I can't help to push my body beyond it's Limits. also I learn more when I Bail and Cut my arm. hahaha.

I did a toooon of precisions a few days ago, and my legs hurt sooo much, couldnt even walk up or down the stairs, or go to the bathroom without pain. Every once in a while, my legs still kinda give way, but I can regain control almost instantly, I just stumble everyone once in a while

Here's what I did
Ice pack on/off for about 2 hours.
Get some Heat rub, not bengay, not icy hot, just heat rub, rub it on your legs wherever it hurts once every hour. One, gives you this great feeling, almost like your legs are on fire, but feel good, Two, it makes the muscles relax and you heal a lot faster.
The rub I use is Deep Heating rub, works like a charm... My mom buys them in bulk now... XD
That, and we've gotten like, 10 more mini ice packs since I started Parkour

You know you're a traceur when...

You own at least 1 copy of District B13. I have 3, one on my IPod, one on my computer, and a DVD for movie nights/loaning out.
You wake up, and while everyone's dead tired, you're doing precisions on your bedposts
You submit new architectural ideas to your parents

My parents are remodeling the front porch, and I gave them my idea, of having a few metal bars there, maybe a giant set of walls that only Traceurs or those really persistent businessmen can get up

R.I.C.E. it!

They actually did slow down brawl, to make it more enjoyable and learn-able for younger demographics but that took away from alot of the competitive aspects of the series. (i.e. Ariel dodges are gone in brawl)

I honestly can't find the motivation to dig it up, and it may be old information anyway.

Sounds it was just an opinionated, biased statement. Rather than an actual citation from pure research.
