Turning 19 next month.


Not in a stable situation at the moment, however it looks like I'll be getting a job soon. And I'll probably be attending a trade school soon.

This isn't just something I think would be awesome. I've been wanting to travel in Europe for a while.

It is a common rule of thumb for law enforcement that if you run it means you have something to be guilty about or a reason to be running. Then the cops get really suspicious and they will take it to whatever level they want at that point. Like your friend found out, getting arrested, possibly searched and their ID run for anything they might have done. Its a shame your friend had to figure out the hard way. It is always better to stay calm and explain, and also to take any warnings from security guards to leave or move away.


Actually, there was a case fairly recently where someone ran from the police (and was innocent) and the court ruled that running from the cops isn't necessarily illegal, as often times when people are scared they will panic and run. I'll try and find this.

I think it's very important for EVERYONE to know their rights when dealing with the police. Sometimes it's not good to just be passive and take what they are saying.

I used to have a pretty irrational fear of needles. Then one day I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled and they had used nitrous to sedate me before putting in a morphine IV drip, and I have not been afraid of needles since.

I saw in another thread, don't remember which one, a link to the free recipes on the performancemenu website. Due to many things, especially wanting to get healthy and back into parkour, I decided that redesigning my diet would be one of the most important steps I could take. I basically need to eat more food, and that food needs to be healthy.

The questions I have, as I set up a bi weekly menu, are:

At the bottom of most of the recipes it says things like "4 servings," does this mean that it could theoretically feed four people?

And,

also at the end of the recipes it says things like "4 protein blocks, 3.5 fat blocks" etc. What does it mean by blocks? and how does this figure into the general rule of 30/40/30?

Obviously once I start to change my diet I'll be making alterations to how much and what I eat.

The main problem with dairy, I'd say, is that if you can't get organic, then you're going to load yourself up with a bunch of unnecessary hormones.

You can also puree veggies and mix some in with other foods. I do that when I make eggs sometimes. If you also hada little cheese, you can't taste the vegetables at all.

It's been a few days. Took the weekend off. Also did a full hour and a half or so of parkour on Monday. I'm getting a lot better at kongs, and can almost do a picnic table length-wise. Probably gonna start conditioning back up tomorrow.

My food intake is a little better,too. Last night for dinner I had a lean buffalo burger patty with a salad and milk. Breakfast today was 4 eggs with polenta and some milk.

Isn't it kind of weird how there's a ton of pressure in the PK community to keep parkour "apolitical," but at the same time it's being heavily politicized in shows like this?


If you don't think that having law enforcement agents doing parkour is political, then perhaps you need to re evaluate things.
