     My name is apex, and I teach a Parkour class at the iowacity field house gym.  It takes place on Thursday evenings from 8-930 pm. It's free of charge, but be warned, we work hard and do a fair amount of conditioning. But we also keep it fun!  You do not need a university ID card,though you probobally have one, you just walk in and tell the person at the front desk that you are there for open gym. I hope to see you there!

Ps I hope I'm not too late, I have just recently started checking the forums frequently.

is this going to be structured or more, just moving from place to place pking?

The traceurs of Cedar Rapids will be participating in a parkour day event on saturday June 6th. 

WARNING: THIS WILL BE AND UN-STRUCTURED EVENT, THIS WILL NOT BE THE PLACE TO
               HAVE YOUR FIRST PARKOUR EXPERIENCE.  PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

We will start the Jam at Greene Square Park in Cedar Rapids at 1:00,  We will warm up and then trek through
the city.  (CRPK has been there before so we will know our way around)   We will trek around Cedar Rapids until
3:00, at which point we will be back at greene square park and we will commute to CRAG's gymnastics where
we will have an hour of gym time.  Keep in mind that to participate in the hour of gym time you must pay 7$
and respect any and all rules and regulations that the owner has.  At 4:30 we will commute to my house for a
stretch out and a screening of B13.

KEEP RUNNIN'...APEX

I have been doing parkour for some time now and for the last few months my lower back hurts when I train. 
I know it is muscle but I don't know if I should rest it or make it stronger (but keep it flexible) 

It is my erector muscles.
