Yeah bruised. But my arms aren't sore anymore just stiff. It seems to be lessening and I think it'll go away soon. Thanks for all the help guys! ;D

Ok what actually happened was I was going down from a gate vault but my arm got stuck in the bars and I went down and my arm stayed in the bars abd can figure out the rest.As for the point of pain, its my shoulder. :-\
