does any one know how long it takes a fractured humerus to heal?As i did a kong i fell off of a fence as i fell i did a half face plant/ shoulder plant and fractured my arm

In parkour the thought of getting better makes most people motivated enough to go train but what makes the "others".
 is it a:image,song,video etc.
mine favorites are all three.

i think i have good handstrenght but only because i climb a lot of trees like when i was 4 so try that it helps

in my everyday life i am a very polite person a gentlemen maybe,but when i train i am just to nice i rarely get time to train because i am talking to the bystander that want to no what i am doing where my parent is and i take the time to carefully explain what it is. hope i anwsered the right question

Depends on the kind you have. My six's lasted me two years of insane abuse, like I actually went out of my way to ruin them. They also had really good grip. I loved the hell out of those shoes.

Okay me and my mom were having a good talk and she asked what did i like to do i. Said parkour no plse note this is one of those moms that flips over everything. i show her some videos and she says you found something your good at yes i sya  okay long boring story short my mother excepts my hobbie/sport/passtime :) :)

 I am horrible with these forums! Sorry! I do train a lot outside, I actually started a facebook group DC Metro Parkour, it's private but a lot easier to create events and have pictures. What's your real name so I can add you to the group. @Kalin, are you on the group as well?
