'ello, my name is Keegan but my friends call me Koi.
I'm currently in the Uptown area and do most of my training in Downtown.
Usually you can find me around the Hennepin Ave - Nicollet Mall area on my days off.
Shouldn't be too hard to spot

Currently I train during the summer in Rochester, MN.

My typical training location is my backyard (shed, deck, fence, pool, etc.) but I've also trained at the various jungle gyms around Rochester. Since I'm a student at University of North Dakota in Grand Forks I only train in Rochester durning the summer.

Mind you I'm still a beginner, but I am looking for anyone to train with during the summer in Rochester.

Yeah, howdy. Gary...soon to be 21 ((In 3 days! So excited.)) Figured I'd say hi to the locals. I'm stuck in Morris, about 3 hours west of Minneapolis. It's a desolate area filled with trees and houses spread further apart than the town from any other piece of civilization. I've been running up and down what I think is a highway, but that's about it. I can't really do much parkour here seeing as there is nothing to jump from. But glad there are still people doing it in Minnesota.

Hello to the few new people who have been posting in here lately!  Cool so see there are still new people coming into APK.  Make sure you guys check out Fight or Flight Academy (http://www.fightorflightacademy.com) and our meetup site (http://www.meetup.com/parkour-97) to keep up with all the goings on here in Minnesota.  And welcome to the community!

Hey I'm Holden! I'm from Minnetonka/Wayzata, and go to Minnetonka High School, and will be starting my Sophomore year there (10th grade). I train where I can in my neighborhood, train in Minneapolis (when I find the time) and I'm pretty well acquainted around Fight or Flight Academy. I train as much as I can wherever I can, and I'm always looking to train with new people!

Whats up from Bloomington, my names Matt and i am 23. I just started working out to loose weight to get better at Parkour, but am still working at it. I have always been a fan of Parkour but always thought with my height and lack of...athletics would stop me. But i have gotten to a point in my were i dont give a f***, so i am going for. I will be joining fight or flight academy next month but just wondering if anyone live close to me doing the same, or looking for a training partner too, if so hit me up. but a bit about my self; i love tattoos, and have a 4gen Mitsubishi crew i manage on top of my full time job at the airport, but that's mostly at night. like i said i live in bloomington with my woman of 7 years, so ya hit me up if you want to hang out and train, i barley have skimmed the top of Parkour but am push my self to reach my goals, so ok...Peace!

Hey everyone. My name is Jack and I'm a total newbie. Just started doing exercises to get in shape.

I'm from Edina and I'm planning on going out to practice (by the high school) pretty frequently. Probably 4+ times a week.

You may not know this but your are in the same town as Fight or Flight Academy. Go there with 15 bucks and a signature and they will teach you parkour.
