Seen here (http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/one_hundred_gram_carb_cure) on t-nation, I was just wondering what you guys thought about it.

seems legit, but i dont know much about this stuff :P

my only thing is... the meal plans they had on the site....I'm not sure how I'm going to get my hands on food like that. It's not that I can't it's just i dont do the grocery shopping and mom likes to get in and get out. So what foods can i eat to still meet the 100 carb mark.

also with the surge recovery, do I just eat the bars and not eat anything else?

....I'll just wait for someone who knows what's up to explain this

The meal plans are just guides and examples. You can come up with your own.
