Hm...without more specifics, it's hard to give you any worthwhile direction.

Best advice is to listen to your body...do what its prepared to do.
Did you injure yourself from trying something your body wasn't prepared to do? (Jumping from too high for example)

Listen to your body and it will tell you when its ready.
You can also train the uninjured parts while your injury heals. (pullups, pushups and upper body if its your leg that hurts, or running, squats, situps and lower body and core if its your upper body)

Don't get advice about medical stuff on a message board.  See a doctor or physical therapist.

That excludes advice to go see a doctor or physical therapist :P

It really depends on the extent of the injury. If it's fully recovered, I see no reason not to resume training. You'll have to use your better judgment in which case I would also consult a doctor.

I agree. I mean, don't get me wrong, you get serious props for starting at your age. I'm 20 and just started. But be sure to train properly and take it at a pace your body can deal with.
Talk to a doctor and ask him when you should get back to training.

Tell us how you got injured, how long its been, how you feel, if you can move right.

Honestly, if its that bad, just condition for now.
