Title: Question: Star rank and Kevin Spacey
Post by: Myrrh on July 02, 2006, 05:12:11 PM
Q1: What are the stars for?  What is the difference between five and one?  The colors probably mean something, but I think that is for the people who actually run and moderate the site.

Q2: The rank system. Mynameis, Windzio, Verbal Kent, etc.  What do you do to get awarded 'practically perfect in everything'?

Q3: Are these awarded?  Are these based on the number of posts? Karma? Good behavior? Cash donations?

--This is more about curiosity than getting a license to intimidate with glam. Let me know if you know.

(I figured out the Karma and everything else under the name.  The last thread that addressed this topic is old and not very helpful, so I'm reviving the question.)

Q2) They also go up with your post count

Some people have over 500 posts and only 1 star, others with 500 have 5 stars.  Question stands along with the curiosity.

Cash donations is a good idea. 5 Stars for anyone who sends me a $20 :)
