Hey man! First of all, no worries about your English. I can understand it fine, which is better than I can say for quite a few Americans I see on the internet.

Second, I would advise you to take a look around the main page. Read the main description of parkour.
If you can show your class a video, that would be very good...

But better yet... Learn a few vaults and show off In class :D
----

For a lot of us, Parkour is a way of life, not simply a hobby.

Give the presentation "flow" (a smooth feeling to it) because Parkour contains flow. I would describe what parkour is for example " Parkour is getting from point A to point B quicker, and more efficiently using vaults, jumps, and running" You can add onto that example. I would also add a movie or two (one that you think is really good in explaning parkour). A good person to ask about this would be Muse, Mark T. and Ozzi..

Yeh i wouldn't show off in class... lol thats not a good idea. But learn the vaults who knows the teacher or some students will probably ask you after class if you can show them a thing or two about parkour.  :P

Best of Luck

yea u could also use a movie everyones familiar with that has parkour in it. a good example would be 007 Casino Royale, in the first chase that guy is killer in his parkour. he demonstrates possibly the best kong vault ive ever seen done

just an idea tho
