im going to the Alvero College in Milwaukee in June for the piping and drumming workshops that are being held there. While i will be drumming most of the time i will probly get an hour or so each day for some training. Anyone know of any good spots withing walking distance of the college?

PS!   I'm from Canada, and ive never been to Milwaukee before in my life so by walking distance i mean like 5-10 minutes away from the college or at least not to far to the point of me not being able to get back.

Thanks in advance!

Ahoy, Gandy!

They have pipe/drum workshops in Milwaukee? That is eight million kinds of awesome! :D

I'm not too familiar with the Milwaukee area, but you may want to contact Publime, here on the boards, via PM. Publime's in the Waukesha/Sussex area which is right outside Milwaukee, and so may know of some spots.

On the other hand, it's a fun opportunity to get out and explore your environment and train your "parkour eyes" as well. :)

Have fun in the Dairy State. Enjoy your visit! :)

she would be beyond all walking, and would fly.
