Wrong sleeping position can cause lower back pain. If you sleep on the right position and use good mattress which supports your hip, back, and spine perfectly, you never feel any back pain.

There is no permanent solution for back pain. I am also a back pain patient. My doctor advised me to do a few exercises. I have done and got a good result. I think exercise is the perfect solution for back pain. You must know the possible causes of back pain and try to prevent them. I searched on google and found a helpful infographic article here https://www.mattressinsight.com/causes-of-back-pain/ . I learned many new things about back pain from this infographic. I think it will help you.

No doubt your resting position is lil bit wrong, you need to sleep on a soft mattress and opposite to pain side, my father also facing this issue and I personally know how much pain it is, Doc prescribe him a signature hybrid gel mattress, I purchased for him from Nest Bedding promo code, now he sleeps much better than anyone might have expected. I hope it will also work for you.

Conditions commonly linked to back pain include muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. If you're in poor physical condition, constant strain on your back can cause painful muscle spasms.

My husband is also feeling so much pain on his lower back that he wants to try a chiro therapy. Where and who is the best chiropractor around town? Thanks!

Having a lower back pain after doing a heavy activity like PK is just a normal reaction of the muscles but if you're already doing it many times probably you will immune the pain. Just a thought! Thanks |  directics.com
