Extreme Acro 3/4, any interest?
« on: March 01, 2006, 01:10:37 PM »
I'm wanting to go for a gym session. I don't know how often people go, or if "someone is always there" ?

Also, if nobody else wants to / can go, would they be cool with one guy taking mats and pads and setting stuff up, or would they consider me a "space hog"??

When AKH, Zyphon and I went last week, there was a group of people that we met up with...and also starting this weekend they will have an adult session.  I don't remember what time it starts at though.  :(

Also, even if Zyphon is still gimpy I am still wanting to practice vaults and rolls in a soft environment.  So chances are good that I will be there (with Zyphon for moral support!)

The new adult session is 7:00 - 8:30!
I'll be home thursday evening and friday, but coming back to college on saturday for Kelly's Track Team Formal thing.

I'd be up for doing the friday session whatever time it is!

It's 16, but your fine... They just mean people who are not little kids...so basically if you can jump a foot off the ground, your not part of the kids session.

Friday would be a good possibility for me.  I'll be up that way anyhow and should be finished up with what I'm doing by 7.  Plus, I've been itching to get to a gym session.

Let's still try to do something on Saturday too guys, some of us work in VA and wouldn't dare try to go to Rockville at anytime on a Friday!

I'm a bit under the weather but I think I'll go.  A buddy of mine seems interested and might come along.

That sucks, sorry to hear about your ankle, total bummer. Good that you started icing and elevated it right away. Rest up!

Yeah, a sprained joint always hurts more the next day.  The ice should have helped keep the swelling down a bit.  If you can keep it wrapped for a few days and just generally stay off of it, you should be back to 100% in no time.

Oh, and Mark.  I fully expect you to make it all the way over on one of those wall flips next time w/o a spot ;)
