HELLO I AM A 32 YEAR OLD GUY FROM OHIO LOOKING TO GET IN TO FREE RUNNING HERE.  I AM VERY FASCINATED WITHT HE SPORT AND I WOULD LIKE TO GET INTO IT.   I AM IN FAIRLY GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION, BUT I THINK THIS WOULD HLEP ME OUT A LOT.   ANY ADVICE YOU CAN GIVE ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE.  THANKS.

Ohio appears to have a pretty decent community, especially around OSU. Check out the Locals Only forum down farther on the main forum page for more local news.

go into ur local gymnastics gym and learn some flips, start out easy in parkour and build up, you always want to freerun with somebody else for support and safety, spot each other and give support whe frightened by a trick, i also have learned it is easier to learn tricks with others, new energy breeds moves and competition is the seed for success in this game check us out at groundzerofreerunning.com and pm me for any tips or if u need anything,
