How can you hate on the Ezekiel 4:9 Home Made bread I make...it's such a great substitute for either white or wheat...and it takes 45000 calories for me to make it. Ha ha ha.  Grinding grain by hand is like eating sunflower seed...off of sunflowers...and using a box of matches to roast them.

I agree with Steven though.

I heard a idea a few days ago and I thought "Now why didnt I think of that?"

Substitute bred with Nori, the seaweed wrap used for sushi. On its own it's actualy pretty tasty. So I can't see why instead of a tortilla use a Nori wrap instead
