Yayyy for achievement
« on: June 04, 2008, 11:29:31 AM »
So after a almost 3 hours tramp session (finally can get to drill some flips after so long, ankle felt good but it is tired and a bit stressed today) I decided to try an L sit muscle up. I havent even been doing muscle ups in a while. But I went for it.

It still needs work, but this is how I first got my muscle ups in the first place, so it is a matter of time..

P.S. I also got side flips down on the tramp, I might need some help with form and what not. So I'll make a vid soon and post it.

Nice job, bro!

When peops go through hard times, I always tell them that the most difficult part is seeing them ahead, rather than in the rear view mirror, and that's what you're doing now!

BTW, this is CptBongue. Using this name to mess with Mark's post LOL
