I thought it would be cool to have our own AKPK/FR training journal thread so that we Alaskans can share our training routines with each other. Just make a post as often as you want with a Training Routine that you think makes you a better Traceur/Free Runner.

I'll start with mine.

Precisions on Back Deck, 10x each set, 5 sets

Kong Vault Tables 10x each set, 3 sets

Monkey Vault 15x each set, atleast 2 sets

Double Kong(just learned) 5x 4 sets

Lazy Vaults 10x 3 sets

Lastly, Cat Leaps/wallups 10x 2 sets

I do these as often as I can a day, I dont do ALL exsercises but I get as many done as I can

I also added 50 raised pushups and 50 situps

Here's a great ab workout that I do that you should add:

45 sit up's, leg raises, and side v's (Both sides)
then do the same thing only set's of 40
then again but set's of 35

Then once you can do that with ease do set's of 50,45,50

What would better is if people on APK actually did parkour more than 2-3 times a summer. Poser
