jaycee's goals for 2008

In no specific order these are my goals or ressolutions for two thousand and eight!!!

1. Turn my weakness (the vertical wall run) into one of my strengths by improving height, top out method, foot placement.

2. perfect the wall spin, front tuck and learn a back tuck!

3. Train harder and commit to each and every movement.

4. Increase speed

5. Increase endurance

6. buy the k-swiss Ariake and five ten free running shoes.
With me running and training nearly everyday and never tossing parkour to the side, which means im always moving about with parjour methods i hope these goals will become accomplished quickly :)
