« on: January 31, 2008, 06:55:50 PM »
has anyone here heard of these? i have been introduced to them and they are fantastic! they're big, heavy and metal what's not to love? anyway i was just wondering if anyone had suggestions for what to do with these or was interested in hearing more about them. right now i do squats, get-ups, swings, military presses, and romanian lunges. they look like this: http://www.hopeckfitness.com/images/kettlebell_set.jpg
