Chattanooga Harasaki Parkour Team
« on: January 31, 2008, 03:44:44 PM »
Some friends and i have formed a parkour team in chattanooga. THe only problem is that, there are only three of us and we need more people in our group. WE've gotten other people to go out with us and try it, but they are get scared and quit.

Does anyone out in chattanooga want to join our parkour team?

I'd be interested. I'm a freshman @ UTC and my email is yuske_14@hotmail.com.  I don't have any experience in parkour, gymnastics,or free running but I'm hyped to try.

Hey I'm part of the Harasaki Parkour/free-running team. Just to inform you all, me and Tao just found the greatest line ever. We owned it from the Aquarium to the Choo Choo in less than 15 mins. Well Elroy and Yuske I can't wait to see how good you guys are. Yuske, you'll love it. Trust me.

This is some of the stuff we do.
Only some.
This was just a quick video to make. And a crappy camera.

Great! I just recently(like this month) got into parkour and free running and have been loking for people around me who do it. I live in Soddy Daisy, close to Chattanooga and I'm starting Chattanooga State this fall.
I'm very new to it all and am just trying to get the basics down and get in better shape right now, but I would still love to join.

Also, I was considering joining the Tennessee Acadamy of Gymnastics to work on all the more acrobatic aspects of free running, anyone been there? Think it's a good place to learn what I need?

Hey everyone. Sorry that i've been gone for so long. Yeah Freewolf, dude it sounds good. I need to get Tao Harasaki back into the mix...he's kinda been...neglecting Parkour for a couple of months. If I can get him back into it then we could get you into the mix. I'll make sure I keep you updated on all the new stuff. Anyone else who want's to join feel free to send me a message or post on here!

Hey, I'll be moving to Cleveland, TN.  I'm definitely interested in training.  I'm a noob but I'm working hard to change that.

Anybody out there?  I hurt my ankle and got out for a bit but know I'm training to get back in tip top shape (started p90X) and would love to train with some people.  I'm as amateur as you get with parkour but my I'm eager to learn.  Let me know if anyone is out there still running.

Sure.  I just moved here so I'm currently scouting for good places to train, but I'd be more than happy to help teach you.

If anyone keeps up on posts in this forum then I am also looking for some parkour hotspots in and around the chattanooga area. If anyone gets a bead on some decent ones let me know. I'll try to keep an eye on this session but can be reached much easier at: whatislove609@yahoo.com

Sincerely,

The Interested Neophyte
