Stairs are the best. it can combine, Upper body, Core, and lower body, and also you can add Monkey Vaults into it.
The best way to do it

Crab walk down the stairs then on the way up hop on all fours, this allows you to work on upper body and lower body.... when you are about to hit the top do a Monkey Vault then stand up and Jump for bout 30 seconds then Sprint down the stairs and bear crawl back up.... Do this multiple times! and
