Guess who's back and outta shape?
« on: January 04, 2008, 07:50:32 AM »
...anyone?

Its been too long and time has not been kind.  But besides that, I'm back.  Need to condition, train, and get back into the swing of things.  I've moved to brighton so if there is anybody out that could help an old timer...  :D

I hear that Ann Arbor is the spot to be, any weekly training going on down there?

I remember!!
What up nem?!?
Boy did you choose the wrong time of year to come back. Anyways, good to see you here. I dont know anyone in that area, but you're not at all far from us here in Ann Arbor. We got a strong club going (though not as strong in winter, but we have weekly gym sessions) with a focus on drilling the fundamentals and conditioning.

We usually meet Tues and Thurs at the Dental Bldg of UMich campus at 4pm, but its more sporadic now so call before you come. Shoot an email to Michigan.parkour@umich.edu and ask to get your name on the mailing list. See you soon.

Nem! Come down to Ann Arbor, man!
Don't step to me with your stats and your date smarts

You know your neighborhood by street signs or landmarks?

Hey guys, you don't need to twist my arm to visit.   ;D  How's the weather looking down there?  Definatly want to get back into the swing of things once we thaw.
