my work out.

This is what I have been doing lately. I Start off with Apk workout, then
20 kongs,
20 lazy vaults
10 cat leaps
20 precision jumps
35 push ups, various ways
20 pullups
2 miles.
10 pistols.
No excuses, no complaining, pain is weakness leaving the body.

sounds like a reasonable workout. how much do you do it(ie: once a day, 5 times a week)

hmmm dont do it everyday, in order for your muscles to grow they must have a rest. take a break like every two days so your muscles can grow
