F.M.'s Parkour and Conditioning Log

First post just a few days after thanksgiving. I should explain that i do about 80 to 90 percent conditioning and 20 to 10 percent form as of right now. I wake up every morningat 5am to condition till 7 am. and then I condition again at 6pm till 8pm mon, tue, thur, friday, sat. everyday on the morning conditioning.
          As for form though the one thing i train almost everyday is my under bar as i have a chin up bar in my home i use a string to mark my object and i use the bar. It seems I have gotten it successful to a 2 feet 8 inch gap from bar to string. Ill just keep moving her up.

So for today I will be doing my morning conditioning handstands, monkey walking, quadrapedal, yoga, push ups, free weights, the planche.
