I love intense and dangerous workouts, prefer being 20+ ft in the air vs safely on the ground...and yes, I have fallen from that high.

Now, I have been living a healthier life and exercising daily. I feel ready to finally pursue my passion for parkour, but alone is not easy! I am the mom to 3 incredible young men that are teens and nearly adults. My first son was a traumatic birth by unnecessary cesarean at 38 weeks following a failed induction. My next two sons were successful hospital VBACs.

I trained with DONA to become a birth doula in 2003. As we approach 2016, I?ve had the honor of participating in nearly 500 births at hospitals, homes, and birth centers. I am also certified lactation counselor. I offer a one day, boot camp style, Childbirth Education Class. The class includes everything from the anatomy of labor to postpartum and breastfeeding basics. I also offer Placenta Encapsulation. A Cord Keepsakes is included with all placenta pills.

Ten years after beginning my journey in birth work, I fulfilled a lifelong dream, and went to ?The Farm? in Tennessee. There I trained with the nation?s most respected midwives. Hey! I used to do Parkour and freerunning years ago but quit in 2014 due to major ankle injury that kept me from doing it, I had an account here but forgotten the username. Anyway, my life has gone downhill since then completely and i'm looking to start training again. Parkour/freerunning was the thing I had enjoyed most in my life and I have never felt the same as I had when I was doing it so I want to start again as I feel my ankle has improved enough.
