Hi all,
I live in the White Salmon area. I have experience in the Tum Pai branch of Kajukenbo, as well as some foundation in Muay Thai. I'm looking to get into parkour as a means of improving my agility and stamina. (Plus, it looks awesome. :D) If there's anyone in my area, I'd love to get together and train!

Hello all,

My name's Drew and I'm 20. I live in Delaware and attend UD. I recently vacationed in Florida and met/hung out with some parkour artists and it was totally awesome. I wasn't with them too long, but I thought they were cool and thought the art of parkour was extremely interesting and exciting. Since then, I've returned to Delaware and I am extremely eager to start practicing/ training in parkour.  Wondering if there is anyone or any club in Delaware willing to train a determined rookie.

Thanks guys and girls.

Hello everyone
I'm Joseph from texas I've been knowing about parkour since 2010, I've done it some, I'm not to great, so I think of myself as a noob. I'm interested in it, so hopefully I can learn how to do it. And I'm also trying to start a 365. So hopefully I can do it.

Hey guys!
I live in the Northern California area. I've known about parkour since I was seven or eight but I only really started doing parkour about a month ago which is about four or five years ago. I'm really happy to be on this forum with lots of expert parkour practitioners.

Hey I just started.  Haven't really started freerunning yet mainly because I don't know any good areas around where I am.  In Roseburg, OR, and sadly don't know anyone else around here.

Hello all traceurs out there. My name is Travis Wanderscheid. I am interested in joining or starting a team.

I live in Boring, Oregon.

I enjoy hanging out and having a good time. I am just beginning parkour/ freerunning, so if you wouldn't mind teaching me how to do the the rest of the basics since I can already perform a couple, then that would be fine too.

Hi, I'm Kyle.

23 years old and live in Scotland. S

Recently started practicing Parkour, although had an interest for a long time. After watching some tutorials and reading up on it, realized it isn't an exclusive thing and that i could give it a shot.

Had experience with breakfalls in the past, through my training in HGK Kung Fu (Mix of Shaolin kung fu, acrobatics and elements from other systems). Even then, my parkour roll still required some work.

At the moment, i have got past my first speed vaults. Working on perfecting them. Trying to learn to monkey vault is my main focus at the moment.

The ultimate reason i finally decided to begin practice?I've always loved movement. Even in my youth, i loved the feeling of the wind in my face. Running was the one thing that made me feel free.

So in many ways, parkour is an expression of my wish to move in a free way. The other reason? The challenge. Knowing i will have to overcome challenges and face my fears. All a part of my wish to develop on a personal and spiritual level.

I don't aspire to be the best in the world.I just want to become the best i can be.
