Inspiring Traceuse Vid.
« on: November 20, 2007, 11:25:15 AM »
Hey, everyone. Ann here.

I found these two videos on YouTube of a Traceuse named Kat. Seeing her progression from 10/06:

...to 10/07: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QT0JOSevnDg

...is really inspiring, especially for us females! Makes you want to get out and train, right?

Hope you enjoyed, and train safe!

As I said before on the other board, it's always great to see progression like this in videos.  I hope more videos will be made with the express intent of showing nothing but progression.  I'm working on a project, myself, for that purpose, but it will likely be a while.

honestly I see barely any improvments. No new vaults and no bigger jumps. I will give her the palmspin.

Thanks for posting... Those were awesome videos!!
She's really skilled!

Littleninja, I'd say that her major improvements can be seen in how she moves (more controlled, stronger, faster) rather than what she does.

Yeah, she was very hesitant in the oldest video, but got the flow in later videos. That takes a lot of hard work and time to acheive. It's something that happens after you have reached your first plateau.

Very good, but she needs to stop bending over at the waist so much on her landings. Rather, she needs to absorb with her legs more.
