I hope it doesn't come to that, I hate war and conflict.
I find it very cool that traceurs from two countries that are close to war right now can find peace and be friends through parkour.

Idk....my friend has got this "Gripmaster" thing that he uses to gain finger stregth for rock climbing. I guess you should just find something with some resistance and squeeze it.

Yes, it is american parkour, but there is no reason to not accept international interest! The only difference is the fact that we cant provide and local information for him like training spots, etc.

Everyone, please dont think this place is exclusive to Americans only, I share the websites views that we are more than happy to interact with everyone in the parkour and freerunning community, American or Abroad! So another welcome to all countries!

Right on, bro.

I work grip with a wieght tied to a dowel by a string so that when you hold it straight out, the weight is at the knee's.  Roll it up- either direction- then down in the other direction.  When you reach the bottom, keep going in the same direction so you are bringing the wieght up in the opposite direction as you did the first time.  Keep alternating, and that's that.  You'll only get up and down a couple of times the first week or so, but when you begin to improve it shows.

Hope it helps, and welcome!  Much love from the U.S.A.

That will work more of your wrist more than anything that deals with your fingers.  There are a few different exercises I do when I can't go climbing.  One is pinch two weights plates in-between my thumb and fingers (smooth side out) and when I do pull ups to only use one finger.  Those two will get your fingers cranking harder than most of anything.  If you don't have weights you can just partially fill a basketball with water and pinch onto it for as long as possible.

But as Muhammad said, rock climbing will get you some seriously powerful hands even after a month.
